Two Class Streams, One Connected Approach

At P4 Movement, we offer two class streams so members can train in an environment that best supports their goals, fitness level, and stage of life.

P4 Movement Seniors Membership (60+)

The Seniors Membership is designed to make movement safe, enjoyable, and social. These classes focus on improving strength, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular health through low-impact, supportive training that helps you stay active and independent.

Classes on the Senior Membership timetable such as Strength, Stretch, Cardio, Balance, HIIT, and Reformer Pilates are tailored for older adults and delivered in a welcoming group environment. Sessions prioritise joint-friendly movement, steady progress, and plenty of encouragement, while also creating opportunities to connect with others and enjoy exercising together.

The emphasis is simple: move well, feel better, and stay connected to your community.

P4 Movement Membership (All ages)

The P4 Movement membership offers a broader range of training styles for members looking to challenge themselves across strength and conditioning-based workouts.

Classes on the P4 Movement Membership timetable include Lift, HIIT, Boxing, Strength, Stretch, Reformer Pilates, and Run Club sessions such as Tempo Run, Speed Run, and Community Run. These sessions often involve higher intensity training, heavier lifting, and more demanding workouts that help members build fitness, endurance, and strength.
