Led by Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, each session is tailored to your individual needs, helping you build strength, improve mobility and move with confidence.

What are Clinical Classes?

Clinical group classes are small group, clinician-led sessions designed to provide targeted therapy and support.

At P4 Movement, these sessions are structured around your individual goals, whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a condition or working to improve your independence and confidence in movement.

By keeping group sizes small, our team can closely monitor your progress and adapt your program to ensure it remains safe, effective and aligned with your needs.

Please note prior to attending group classes you must attend an initial assessment with an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist.
