This 8-week small-group program combines exercise and education to support the management of Type 2 Diabetes.

Designed for individuals living with Type 2 Diabetes, the program focuses on improving overall health, fitness and confidence in managing the condition. If you have a valid care plan referral from your GP, you may be eligible for subsidised sessions.

Led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, the program includes a combination of aerobic and resistance training, along with education on healthy eating and behaviour change to support long-term results.

You’ll begin with an initial assessment, followed by weekly one-hour sessions over eight weeks, and a final assessment to measure progress and provide ongoing recommendations. Reports are shared with your GP to support your ongoing care.

You’ll complete an initial assessment to review your symptoms and movement, followed by structured sessions designed to improve strength and joint function, with a final assessment to track your progress.

Chronic Disease Prevention (CDP) Program

The Chronic Disease Prevention (CDP) program is a free 8-week program designed for adults aged 45 years and over who want to feel stronger, healthier and more confident managing early-stage health concerns.

The program focuses on improving strength, overall health and confidence through structured exercise and education in a supportive group environment.
