Personalised fitness program

SAVVY PT Program

$199

The SAVVY Personal Training program is a take-away 4 week program based on your current fitness goals.

What you receive:

  • 1 hour consultation including a full fitness assessment and discussion around your fitness goals and identifying your needs.
  • A detailed 4 week program for you to follow at home or at your gym.
  • Weekly check in to allow for questions & progression.
  • Optional Extra: 1 – 4 Personal Training sessions to help get you started with correct form and technique to ensure the best results.

I have enjoyed the Small Group PT experience with my sisters under the guidance of our exceptional SAVVY Movement Therapist. He carefully considers our individual goals and physical capabilities and has tailored our workouts accordingly. Additionally, the camaraderie and laughter that comes with working out with my sisters has made these challenging sessions especially fun. The varied programs have allowed us to lift heavier weights and even complete chin-ups. Training is always more fun with a friend. Double the fun while splitting the cost. Your Movement Therapist will create a program tailored to both of your goals and fitness level.

I started one on one PT with SAVVY with a goal of simply getting moving again. Initially my PT sessions were focussed on technique. I worked with my Movement Therapist to identify any issues and quickly correct them. I have built confidence and strength through consistency in a supportive environment where I am encouraged, motivated, and supported to achieve my goals.
