Our Policies & Procedures

The policies and procedures provided on this page assist P4 Movement to provide safe, effective and participant directed supports.

Clear and concise policies and procedures safeguard participants and member wellbeing, promote their dignity and rights, and ensure that P4 Movement is a harmonious, resilient, and inclusive workplace.

To ensure that both our team and participants can access the information they need, our policies have been divided into four clear categories.

1. Organisational Management

P4 Movement has Organisational Management policies that articulate a clear, concise and effective governance structure. These policies outline clear demarcation of roles and responsibilities, helping to foster an environment of accountability and transparency.

At the heart of our Organisational Management policies is an unyielding commitment to regulatory compliance. These policies are designed to leverage existing legal frameworks, ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance. This not only protects P4 Movement’s reputation but also protects us from potential legal complications.

Our focus on sound risk management has resulted in policies that provide a clear framework for identifying, assessing, mitigating and managing risk. This is accompanied by the creation of precise policies that are both adaptable and resilient.

2. Human Resources

Our Human Resources policies are designed to support a skilled, respectful and client‑centred workforce that consistently delivers high‑quality outcomes for participants and members. They clearly define expectations for behaviour, capability, wellbeing and accountability, recognising that how we support our people directly influences the safety, quality and effectiveness of services delivered.

These policies integrate Work Health and Safety obligations as a fundamental element of workforce management, promoting both physical and psychological safety and the proactive identification and management of risks that may impact our workers and clients.

Aligned with relevant industrial relations and WHS legislation, the HR Policy Framework provides guidance across recruitment, learning and development, performance and conduct, leave, flexible work arrangements and disciplinary processes, supporting a safe, professional and inclusive workplace that enables our people to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients and members.

3. Consumer Services

Our Consumer Services policies are central to delivering high-quality and participant-directed supports.

At their core, these policies empower participants with choice and control and facilitate the crafting and maintenance of effective support plans. Further, they ensure the dissemination of information relating to advocacy and provide clarity on feedback and complaints procedures.

Jointly, these polices ensure the creation of an environment that celebrates transparency, responsiveness, and participant-centric excellence in service provision.
